Every once in a while I have these dreams that linger on in my memories. And some time later I experience something in my life that is exactly like that dream. This is what I call a Dejàvu. Actually a Dejàvu is an experience you have already had in the past, but I’ve never had those. I use Dejàvu for the experiences I’ve dreamt about. Today I had such a Dejàvu.
It looks like these dreams are telling fortunes, but I don’t believe in witchcraft. And I haven’t heard about a Time Machine that can bring the future back to me so I can dream about it. If there were such a Time Machine, I would take it, go back to the future and get a glance of the world in the future. I hope it is the Delorean…
I have been thinking about this Dejàvu phenomenon. How can I have these experiences, and still don’t believe in predictive dreaming. There must be another explanation. I’ve come up with the following:
I remember the dreams more vagely then I realized, and my mind fits them to a happening in real life. So the dream looks like the same, but in fact wasn’t. I don’t know if this is reality, but it sets my mind at ease. I don’t have to start believing witches or time travelling.
I hope I dream something nice for the future tonight!
